Twice Upon A Chance (draft; thank you for your patience as it had to get it down)
Breaking Cycles

Picture
Making good on sliver of a Given chance

Twice Upon a Chance is about teenage girl who drags home a poor, broken, and scared little boy.  They were just a month apart in age and became the best of friends.  For years, the two learned to respect each other, went to church, and had lots of good clean fun with their friends and family.  One day the scared little boy did and said a hurtful thing to the young princess.  This triggered a generational process for both of them.

The scared little boy left in search of himself as vows drove him to their planned logical end each time.  The little princess encounters other scared little boys, that glittered, as she too found that something must be wrong as the same results kept happening to her each and every time.  Both of them experience loss of heavy proportions like a plague.  Life brought them each hope around the same time as well.  Then, a phone call and sincere apology 28 years later came after the scared little boy said a Prayer to release him from the past that haunted him for decades like the “third and fourth generations” before.

The second act is "bitter-sweet;" as the scared little boy, now a man with peace, never forgot the sincere care, love, and respect he learned with his best friend.  He came "home" 2 years after "that phone call" to tell his best friend that he was sorry, in person.  He was sorry for not getting healed earlier and letting 30 years go by.  The vows he made before they met as teens, drove him to extremes.  The princess, now a woman, was not too trusting and took her time to heal, mend her wings, and make her own music.

This man is not scared any more as he discovers “who he was and Whose he is,” got his smile working again and were able to play outside once more, free.  More than that; he found his best friend again.  The neat part is that the princess stops by to cheer for the now humble man in a semi-final battle before the biggest game ever.  The Prayer helps his grandchildren who are not yet born; now "perhaps 3 generations can agree."  This author is pretty sure that the broken wings (metaphorically speaking as humans don't have wings), half-heart smiles brighten, and other things got back to working order, but we shall have to see what the third act brings.  Full short completion date: as it "plays out."  ∞

Born to Live Forever
Just "A Vapor" on Earth

Eternity is home

"See beyond the danger" is a football term that depicts what an offensive "skill player" must be able to do against a defense in order to complete a play.  We have many distractions here on earth meant to either lead us astray, confuse, fight, or change our True design.  Faith means nothing to a hopeless world and materials we know won't last, but seam to keep going back to.  In the end, we leave with no of it and our spirits go on forever.  Three ways we can "see beyond the non-sense" and do just the basics.

Tracing The Nautical Pathways

DNA Hawaii Day One Forward traces the voyage of the original "sail-setters" in and around the 1st Century. Tahitians kindle a growing desire for new lands not yet seen before, except as a vision in their dreams.  This celebrates a people in Navigational Excellence, Constellation Expertise, Farming "Earthaticians" and then a period of uncertainty with anew direction or return.

War Leaves A Front
"Logical Victim of Tragedy Are Children"

Picture
"Prevention Prayer is Key"

War Leaves Behind A Front is a "loosely based true story" of how a U.S. Marine vows to build a family of his own and is haunted by his past.  James O' Neal comes from a broken home, abandonment, sibling rivalry of the worst cursing all his "self-will" efforts.  His children inherent a heavy load which takes a life time to process and heal from as they struggle with vows of their own.  Several of these vows are of prior events the O' Neal family aren't even aware and don't realize the vows they have made.  The outcome is painful, yet peaceful as light literally shines on fate.  War leaves behind a wake of "vows made by children that will drive their adult behavior" in ways we are just learning about.  This is a story of True discovery in battle and the myth of 'damaged goods' are exposed.  These 'made-up terms' have their roots to you know who and are it's design is to tear us down and break out spirit."  They are lies.
